Not at all yar, even in my bsbda account only jan dan rupay only allowed. But in app 2 cards was always showing jan dan rupay, normal rupay. I applied normal rupay card and was using both rupay cards.
All options were working perfectly before.
After this masterstroke conversion only, it's showing as ineligible to apply debit card

Who told bsbda account elgible only jan dan rupay ?

many people applied other rupay card too on all PSU banks bsbda account.

Some people open HDFC bank zero balance bsbda account/ jan dan account and successfully applied HDFC RuPay Platinum Debit Card. 🤣🤣

Omg i never knew this, I used to have BOB, hdfc, boi bsbda accs, all said only bsbda rupay u can get

Ya because officially only jan dhan yojna RuPay debit card allowed.

Then some branch employees just keep repeating what they have read or heard, and don't even try to check if another debit card can be applied or not.

I changed bob branch online. But it is asking to visit new branch within 30 days with KYC documents.
If anyone not able to visit new branch in 30 days ( after account transfer request online) then what will happen? Account will be deactivate or account will remains normally in old branch?
