BoB Eterna LTF Apply doubts

Hi guys,

Long time lurker and new user here. Kindly help clarify my doubts in application process of BoB Eterna credit card LTF.

1. I have CTC of > 30 LPA, but only 27 LPA is fixed salary in my salary slip. Rest is bonus and company shares. Will this be ok to submit as income proof for LTF card? Won't it fall short of 30 LPA limit for LTF card? My previous year ITR also has < 30 LPA, as I recently made a switch and had less income last year, so can't use that as well. How to proceed? I'm worried they will proceed ahead with non-LTF card. Can i attach offer letter with ctc breakup?

2. My office is in Tier 1 city, but I'm currently working from home town. I heard that, both home and office will be verified. Should i be present physically at both places for successful kyc? I may visit my office and stay there for few weeks for meetings. At best, I will be only present physically for either of home or office and not both. Is it a factor to worry? Also, Should both office and home be present in same city? Is it an issue?

3. Offline or Online application? Which way to proceed? Tlaked to local branch card guy, he's unaware of 30 lpa eterna ltf rule. I showed him email confirmation I got from eterna customer care. Which is quickest and easiest?

Welcome to the forum @aamaadmi, I recently upgraded from LTF Premier to LTF Eterna and here are my two cents.

1. If you already have a BOB card your can get your existing card upgraded by contacting conversions@bobfinancial.com, they will share an upgrade form with you which you can fill in and select Eterna card from the list and cross the annual fee and joining fee column and write LTF in place of it. You need to share this form back to conversions@bobfinancial.com along with your income documents
2. If you are a new customer for BOB, you can reach out to eterna@bobfinancial.com and request them for LTF Eterna, they might ask for your income documents, here you can share your ITR or salary slips.
3. Since you are falling short of 30L criteria they might push you for a Paid Eterna, however in that case you can escalate the case to crm@bobfinancial.com and in all probability CRM team may consider your LTF request.
4. When I applied for BOB premier using their website, no physical verification was done by BOB. My card was approved post VKYC. However, this entire process took around a month.

If u applied and got Eterna on paid basis, Joining fee can be recover easily and before the 1 year completion mark u can request for LTF on basis of >30 income (if u manage to cross income >30 in 365 days)

What about office and home address located in 2 different cities? Also, for WFH guys, will they reject office verification?
