BOB eterna LTF - Got call confirming upgrade eligibility but nothing after that - next steps?

I asked for BOB eterna LTF offer by upgrading existing premier card. After multiple followups, I got call which indicate that I am eligible and they are forewarding my request to concerned team. But no communication after that and no reply on my emails as well. Its been 10 days.

How to proceed from here?

Send another email with screenshot of previous communication highlighting the case.

After 7 days, complaint in RBIO if not resolved.
