BoB Fake Field Verification

so they Rejected My Application Citing Negative Field Verification, But in reality Noone Called Or Came to mY House For Verification.
After Stating This to BOB , that's What They Replied.
Can Someone Tell What Does It Mean ?

If you could, stay away from BOB cards cause they have the worst support system. When I applied for a BOB card I got two application IDs and one was approved another was rejected. When I try to contact them it was a disaster, no replies for mails and when I call the number given it just don't even connect to the IVR. I wrote a mail regarding this case to their grievance officer. I don't think they care about it. Yeah so be careful with this card. I just only use my card for movie ticket offers.

Always apply BOB cards through their agents.

Bob did same to me. The agent wasn't at my office address and started speaking kind of in a rude way.

I mailed their pno, right next day I received a call requesting to take back complaint and approved card without office address verification.

BOB CC support is also rude they keep disconnecting call while speaking I do the same when I get chance bunch of morons
