BOB PAYMENT MADE THROUGH PAYTM BUT MONEY NOT CREDITED IN ACCOUNT

Need advice on this situation. I made a payment of 50k to my bob eterna card on 1st oct. Today is the due date of the account but money has still not been credited to my card. The app says processing and waiting for service provider confirmation. What can I do in this case? Can somebody help?

Pls make sure min due is paid. How much is the total amount?

Total amount was some 59k. I paid 50k through paytm and 9k through mobikwik(which is credited same day). Not sure what to do about this 50k. Should i pay it directly on bob website and cancel the paytm one.

I wouldn't risk it. Just pay total amount in bob portal immediately.
