BOB payment reflecting twice on the BOBCard site

Hey guys,

My bill for BOB premier was generated on 1st of august for an amount of 1958. I tried paying 1960 via HDFC Bill pay (debit card) but it failed and no money was deducted, I paid again via HDFC Bill pay (account) and the bill got settled. But now I see this in the web, -1961 overpaid (I maybe wrong though). Its been over 10 days, will BOB fix it? I believe this is not a glitch or it is? There is just single deduction in the HDFC account.

Can someone advise on if my assumptions are correct or am I reading this wrong?

Yes it will be adjusted by BOB.

It's happened due to a system glitch. If system doesn't correct it automatically, manually it will be corrected. Manual correction may take some time.

Happened with me once with HDFC card. Paid 5k but the amount was reflected twice for 10k. After a week, it was automatically corrected.
