BOB Rupay Credit Card UPI Refund not credited

Dear BOB Card Holders,

Its been 15 days transaction cancelled by Merchant razorpay payment gateway even confirmed transaction refunded.



by razorpay they mentioned RRN no for rupay credit card Paytm via UPI refund for particular transaction but transaction not refunded yet in card .

Kindly confirm what is the time line for BOB For refund transaction like icici it self asking 30 working days for amount reversal refund.

Will bob card add refund back to credit card ? Or it will get vanished till now after lots of follow up they have no clue who is responsible for this refund mess like razorpay , paytm App or BOB where money stuck .



Right now Paytm claiming we successfully transferred to merchant amount they haven't receive any refund till now.

Check Paytm linked UPI account.

Sometimes refund go to linked bank account instead of card.

Right now Paytm claiming we successfully transferred to merchant amount they haven't receive any refund till now.

Razorpay is a mess in terms of refunds. I had to wait for a month for a refund from Razorpay for my train ticket cancellation by IRCTC by SBI cc. I always try to avoid Razorpay nowadays.
