i recently tried to do Secure Enrollment in bank of baroda internet banking

but after putting all the details i am getting this error

does anyone know what the problem could be?

Internet Banking blocked?

Same issue. Though I have BOB World app enabled so no need for INB.
Never bothered to visit branch except once.

But surprisingly branch guys are really helpful. Doesn't feel like PSU

yeah when i tried to login again it said that my account it locked. probably because i tried to to the enrollment too many times. i was facing all kinds of errors and shit, and also my transaction password was not setup and i tried to do the enrollment, thats why i couldn't do it.

but by the time i figured it out, it was too late.
i did not receive my debit card yet, and idk if i will receive it with the welcome kit or not thats why i wanted to log into internet banking
(bob world app requires debit card for setting up so i couldn't do that)

Relax😀chilll. Still if are in emergency, visit branch.
