Bob virtual rupay platinum card not working

I have opened a saving a/c with BoB and I created a virtual rupay platinum debit card but it seems to be not working. I also created visa virtual debit cards to confirm and they seem to be working fine. Any one else also facing same issue? How can i fix this? Thanks

Incase for anyone facing same issue, it has been fixed by blocking the initial issued card and generating another one.

The bank mentioned no issuance fees. But did not mentioned about no amc charges. Therefore I am confused. Even Bob Twitter support telling to refer service charges.
