Bob World App unable to use and Rupay Select dc Not working

Hi All,

After a ton of hassle got Bob account opened, received bob world visa sapphire debit card and Rupay Select Debit card. Visa sapphire works online without any issue but Rupay Select debit does not work , everytime gets payment failed so i cant use Rupay Select offers. Even I am unable to register to Bob world app after sim change it service not working error. tried from Bob Atm too it says same error.

1. How to get my bob world app activated again, home branch is far away.
2. How to use my Rupay Select online - ecommerce transaction and everything is activated.

You applied through branch ?

Hope they haven't blocked your RuPay card because according to the employees of the bank branch. Only one debit card will be issued at a time, 99.99% of the time they will blocked your existing debit card and then apply another debit card.

first time try your card on any BOB ATM and then use for ecom transaction.

Those who create new accounts are not allowed to use BOB Mobile banking. We can open a new Bob Lite savings account online. Still not eligible to use the BOB App. I confirmed with the branch, and they said auditing is going on. It will take a minimum of 6 months.

it was working before sim change. Now after sim change received notification that it needs to be reregister..

If auditing is ongoing then should I worry about the balance in account ?

Bro, RBI banned only BOB world app for new user access.

Your bank account is safe and you can access through BOB internet banking, ATM and bank branch. Only mobile app access is disabled for new users.
