BoBCARD closure after renewal fee charged. Can it be reversed?

I have a paid BoB SD and was charged the renewal fee on the 16th. Can I pay the outstanding and close the card and request for renewal fee reversal? Axis does reverse annual fee and closes cards, but does BoB

No harm in trying. Personally not verified. Should work if you hadn't make any trxns after annual charges imposed
