Hello,
I've bought gift vouchers from the Stan app from some time and never really faced an issue till 25th September and let me tell you the support is horrendous, I mailed them 2-3 times with no reply, messaged on LinkedIn where they ghosted me after a message, I messaged on Instagram and Twitter with no reply, even messaged their CEO with no help (which is the most shocking part).
The chat support is asking me to screen record to show that I'm unable to see the coupon, instead of just refunding or sending the voucher in mail or somwhere.
So I really need help charging back from SBI card, what's the best way to do so as I've never had to do this before and always got help.
Also avoid this STAN app with horrendous support.
