Branch Services For BOB B3 account holders

Recently got this sms from Bank of Baroda

" Dear Customer: We are pleased to inform you that BOB B3 Accountholders can now avail banking services from BOB branches, in addition to digital channels. - BOB"

Previously B3 account holders are applicable for branch facilities ( According to the customer care, I never visited the branch as I always prefer the BOB Mobile app)

Just a week back I got advatage account because branch couldn't serve B3 account. Eitherway it's a good move. B3 customers have also received an email to redo KYC because of this, please check if you guys have received an email.

But when I opened my account, there was some issues with my address so I visited the branch, they helped me to fix the issue. Otherwise I never visited the branch so I always thought that atleast they will help for kyc or account details updation
