BSNL Recharge for 699 Recharge best Value back options Offers

I am looking for my BSNL recharge in next 2 days due please suggest best value back option i am looking for immediate options here i utilized rupay platinum dc offer for some other utility payments .

Kindly suggest best value back options i can use right now for below mentioned recharge offer-

Apply For LTF AU LIT Credit Card
As far as vouchers are concerned, you can use Millennia card for 5% CB via (amazon/payzapp), or use SBI CB card... I don't think there are any double dip for recharges right now

You can also check recharge options of 1198 (365 days) and 1199 (336 days, only for GP2 customers) if this is not your primary sim

During initial days I recharge my vi no worth 100 plus by airtel Axis it comes under 1 % catagory then I haven't tried till now please confirm once what will be mcc or merchant name on other operators prepaid recharge.

I really don't trust Airtel and it's offerings. I have no interest in their credit card as well coz I am really unsure of their offerings and i have trust issues with both Airtel and Axis. Only have Airtel number for an alternative use. Nothing else. I mostly use Amazon pay for the recharges and sometimes in Gpay.

I regularly recharge my Vi prepaid on myairtel app with airtel card.
gives 10%
