My father is having a bsnl sim from past few years..its his main sim and he linked that with his bank accounts and everywhere..
1 month before..his validity of recharge was finished..and after 7days of it..incoming and outgoing both has stopped..so he was GP2 customer as per bsnl.
so i recharge the gp2 1year plan..ie.. 1199rs
his outgoing call has started..but his incoming calls and sms is not working anymore..
i called customer care..several times..they provided one docket number..still after many follow ups also..nothing solved..they just pick up the call and says that..we will fix within 7days,,same story again and again..
my father got frustated as his everything is linked in that sim..he decided to port out from bsnl to other network..irrespective of that 1year recharge..
now when he wanted to port out..
port sms is not going and failing everytime
when i tried to send sms to normal phn number..sms is going normally..
father want to take legal action against bsnl..
help guys..what are the steps i have to do in order to get the legal action against bsnl..or to solve this problem

update : i am from wb..so called bsnl kharagpur direct..they fixed it within 1min..lol..now papa khush..thanks to everyone who gave me all ways to help..

If possible Reach out to their social media Handels. Probably they will call you back

Firstly raise your official complaint with BSNL, get complaint ID/ticket ID, if you do possess as you have already complained before then use it as a reference.

And on X, tweet tagging BSNL and other concerns handle and DM to BSNL



Then try raising your complaints here in order one after another, keep some gap, wait for a reasonable time before registering on another:

See if it help, will help further in case when you won't find any results. I hope, it will get resolved atleast PORT will be successful.

Just do recharge with Rs 153 and chill. Legal action me 153 se jyada lag jayega aur mental harrasment ke sivay kuch nahi milega.

Have you tried sending PORT <Mobile Number> from another number to see what happens?

I think OP has made the basic mistake of not reading the complete T&C

Anyways even I have searched and found this reacharge is normal one and it will solve the problem.

But OP wants to take Legal Action against BSNL!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Seriously anyone will laugh only at this!!😂😂
 
Last time I was in my hometown, the internet was shut down across the entire state for two days over the weekend, from early morning until afternoon, because of some govt exam.

I have demanded 10 lakh rupees from the Jharkhand govt for infringing on my legal rights. There's a court case ongoing, so let's see what happens. 🤣🤣
