All of us are aware of ICICI's incorrect annual fees reversal logic. Now, I think I may have found a bug in their reward points accrual system.
I have an Amazon pay credit card. On 25/05, I had done a transaction of 46,391.84 at Reliance Digital which was converted to merchant EMI on 27/05. As the merchant failed to deliver goods, it was later refunded by the merchant on 11/06.
ICICI has incorrectly debited reward points twice.
Have any of you noticed/ faced this earlier? Is this expected or should I reach out to ICICI bank to fix this?

ICICI has incorrectly debited reward points twice.
- 463 reward points credited on the original txn (25/05)
- 463 reward points debited on conversion to EMI (27/05)
- 463 reward points debited again on refund of the txn by the merchant on 11/06
