Burgundy account based on Salary

Hey Guys, I have a net salary of 2.4 lakhs per month. Is it possible to get Burgundy Salary for me?
I know Assistant Manager of my home branch. Could he push for Burgundy salary for 2.4 lpm or 3 lakhs is the line?
