Is there anyone here who holds more than 10 lakhs in bank balance, is a burgundy account holder and yet did not receive the card upgrade email?

I just got upgraded into burgundy (Savings Ac code SBPRV ) today
so I have not received any email
when I phoned them they said contact relationship manager for the email with link

Hi, I upgraded my existing account to burgundy on 10 October 2024, I received the upgrade email as well, I got my burgundy debit card, I was using magnus card since last two years. But I still not get 5:4 ratio?
