Burner e-mail issue with ICICI card statement

I use a burner e-mail and have added that e-mail account to Mobikwik for obvious reasons. I have also given SMS permission to Mobikwik. But the thing is, though the card statements from other banks are being tracked with no issues, ICICI card statements are not being tracked by Mobikwik. Is this a problem with ICICI card statements as they don't mention the details in the e-mail itself, only in the attached PDF? Or is this a known issue with Mobikwik with ICICI cards?
 
The burner mail might be removing all tracking parameters that are probably required by Mobikwik and cleaning the email. This maybe why Mobikwik is unable to pick it up because its algo might be looking for these parameters in their app. This is why I don't use burner mails for financial purposes.
