Bus booking through Govt Site

Just a quick help post, I am holding 3 CCs, SBI Cashback, Airtel Axis and ICICI Amazon Pay, I need to book some bus tickets through govt site - KSRTC, which one of these shall I use? Will SBI Cashback give 5% CB here or it will be treated as a govt related expense and hence 0% CB will be given as per this post -

Ksrtc as in Karnataka state? Both Axis Ace and SBI Cashback didn't give cashback in my case recently

Yes, I got this intuition that I won't get any CB through them and hence paid through APAY Wallet.
