Business Credit Card for Govt payments

Hi,
I have business of RestoBars and I had to order liquor from govt portal ( https://excise.wb.gov.in/Portal_New_Default.aspx )
It has a kind of wallet where I used to add money via Amazon Pay ICICI card, for the first one month it was great as I got rs.4000+ cashback but after that Icici bank blocked the merchant for cashback.
Now I’m looking for other credit card that would support this govt site and provide best rewards or cashback.
