Business Credit Card not allowed for C2C?

Recently i applied for bob cc c2c method & gave my business moneyback cc they emailed me that business credit card is not accepted for c2c is this the case with all Banks CC C2C method?

I too applied to BOB c2c via normal Moneyback card but don't know why they rejected the application. I raised the complaint to reconsider my application but they haven't replied anything. Typical PSU bank.
