Loan account showing open since May 2022 but nothing was showing till today. Also I didn't get any loan of 5K from any company. Which service this loan might belong to? Company name showing WESTERNAD.

Looks like loan has been issued by westerncap named nbfc. You can contact them from below link. I also mailed them yesterday but yet to receive any update.

I also got the same loan name in my cibil yesterday how I can contact them?

Called their customer care and they said this loan account is associated with Mobikwik Zip or something. Account is already closed in their system and it will be also closed in CIBIL in 1 month.
