Can a student apply amex?

Can a student apply amex? Have another cc but low limit. Will they ask for income proof? How much cibil history is required and score?
i have cc of limit 60k axis flipkart
Help would be appreciated

Not mandatory. I chose others only.

Executive confirmed basic details on call, and for employment I declared myself as student with part time job.

AFAIR it was optional, or I must have selected "others" option.
