Can Add-on card holder see the Credit card statement or activity of the Main card?

Hi Guys,

I have a query regarding the add-on card membership.

I am thinking about having an add-on credit card with my brother. I have the Primary card.

So let's say that if I book a hotel room with my CC, then will that CC charge be visible in any way to my brother? be it CC statement or Transaction alert SMS.

Correct me if I am wrong. The statement would come to your mailbox being the primary card holder. So you can see his spends but the converse is not true.

Also he won't be able getting any Otps as such whenever you transact but you'll get for his transactions so this is something your brother should be worried about and not you 🙂

Make sure you don't book OYO just in case if it's visible 😛

Bill payment liability is with primary cad holder and primary card holder only will get statement.
Spends are screened between addon and primary even if its husband and wife....trust this clarifies😉
