Millennia Can any one confirm if the Millenia gives points on Jewellery transactions?

Hi,
I recently made a transaction worth ₹69,000 at Lalitha Jewellery on 30/09/2025 using HDFC millenia CC. Today, the last month's pending reward points were posted, but I didn’t receive any points for this transaction. As far as I remember, I used to get points for Lalitha Jewellery purchases. Have the terms and conditions changed? I don’t see any mention of jewellery transactions being excluded. Can anyone please confirm?

Also, if I’m eligible for the points, how can I get them credited? Does sending an email to the credit card support team work for this?

2. wait till the statement generated?
3. If that transaction appear in that statement, u should get based on eligibility.
4. If that transaction not appear in that month statement, wait till next month. # sometimes last date near to statement date transactions added to next month statment.

Yes it does.
I think your txn settled on Oct 2. HDFC Millenia considers all the settled txns till the last day of the previous month and rewards by the 1st week of the current month.

So, you will get by Nov 1st week.
