Can anybody please help how to use club ITC giftcard?

Hi I am staying in fortune dalhousie right now which is member of club itc group , I purchased club itc giftcard today from axis edge gyftr using magnus card .
Now when I try to settle the final bill , there is no option showing in hotel’s system to do payment via itc gift card . i have already followed the procedure of activating gift card sending sms .
Can anybody please help how to use it .
Its urgent .

Did you use the store locator to verify whether the Property allows usage of voucher or not

I couldn’t find any result for dalhousie in ITC voucher

Do settlement of bills using ITC Gift Cards earn Green Points and other club ITC member benefits?

Green points are earned as per category , like for stay payments , 5% green points for dining around 20 to 25% etc.

Payment via gift card should also earn Green points , but I have not tried that yet so can’t confirm

No they wouldnt. There is a clause somewhere which says green points only credited for eligible spends which excludes payment via green points and gift cards.
