yes you can atleast for air vistara. But you need to add them as nominee and you can add only 8 nominees. You can modify any existing only after 1 year of adding.

Yes you can do. Some of which I have tried:
1) Vistara
2) Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer - Upto 5 guest.
3) Turkish Miles and Smiles -

Two ways to do in Turkish-​

1) Either you call Turkish helpdesk or mail Delhi/Mumbai customer center to get it booked​

2) Create new Turkish Miles & Smiles account on ur friend/family members. Transfer your Edge rewards to your Turkish Miles & Smiles and then transfer to your friend/family's account​

For hotel partner also you can do the same(Marriot allows point transfer with some yearly limitation).
