Can i change sbi card after kyc

Maine sbi cashback card apply kiya tha pr sbi agent ne kise aur card mai approval le liya aur kaha hai jab kyc ho jayegi uske baad aapko 2 baar call krenge usmai aap unhe bol car card change kr skte ho

happened with me too. my agent also said that I will get a final confirmation call, but I never received any such call. and a BPCL card was delivered instead of Cashback. I havnt used it, and filed for rectification.

you will get the card what is communicated to you in the final call after kyc, you can deny the card told to you during final verification call if you do not want that.
you will also get SMS from SBI showing name of card approved.
it can't be changed but it can be stopped at that phase.

Once approved, the card will be delivered to you, you can still file for card cancellation.
but in all the steps you need to restart the application again.
