Can I exchange my AXIS IOCL to Axis Ace

Can I Exchange my Axis Bank IOCL Credit card to an AXIS bank Ace Credit card via calling in customer care.
as there in SBI Card it is possible in same will Axis Bank do anyone have any experience

Axis bank used to take card change/ upgrade request through customer care earlier. AFAIK, they don't do this currently.
