Can I generate and use all 4 railway lounge accesses of Idfc credit card at once via dreamfolks qr codes?

I need to access new Delhi railway lounge along with 2 of my friends.
since Idfc credit card provide 4 railway lounge access, my question is Can I generate 3 qr codes for the same day and use them?

As per the TnC, it is not possible.
Once a valid card is swiped successfully to gain railway lounge access, then the same can only be used again post 24 hours from the last access.

not possible you will need to add guest in the first qr itself
