Can i get Magnus for burgundy without having Magnus already?

I have a prestige account with AXIS. Since they have increased the duration of the offer and cleared the QAB is done quarterly, it would be oct-nov-december in my case.
Currently I have 2L QAB but I can arrange funds and get my QAB above 10Lakhs.Will I be eligible for MAgnus for burgundy at end of this quarter?
I don't hold Maguns,just have atlas with only 5L credit limit.I live in a tier 3 city,so if its upon the Branch Manager to favour me to give a recommendation,I am sure he will help me with all his might.

To get Magnus for Burgundy, first you need to have a Axis Burgundy savings/salary account.
For savings account, 10L AQB is required.
For salary account, net salary credit around 3L per month is required.
The One Glance Statement (OGS) that gets generated once a month for the previous month, needs to reflect "Average balance maintained" field as 10L.
Add minimum 45 days to qualify for the above AQB/salary OGS criteria.

So, in your case, for your prestige account to become a Axis Burgundy account via savings/balance mode, the OGS' "Average balance maintained" need to reflect that 10L value.
The branch employees may deny upgrading the prestige account to Burgundy account, as it won't count as a "sale" whereas a new Axis Burgundy account would count as a "sale".
You should push harder on this. Get the prestige account upgraded by depositing the required funds by talking to the BM. They would need your consent via signatures.

On the other hand, you can open a new Axis Burgundy account with initial deposit of 5/10L and park your funds.

Please note that the Magnus for Burgundy CC would be LTF only till your Axis Burgundy account's AQB/salary criteria is maintained.
If you withdraw funds and AQB goes below 10L or salary credit doesn't happen, then the M4B would not remain LTF and you may get charged the annual fee.

As you also mentioned that the Branch Manager could help you, you can discuss with them too.
As your main goal is to get the Magnus for Burgundy CC, try to have the conversation with this in mind.
Try to negotiate with them and only proceed to park your funds or open a new Burgundy account only when you get the assurance of the Branch Manager that you would get the Magnus for Burgundy CC LTF.

The main Criteria is to have a AXIS BURGUNDY REGULAR SAVINGS/SALARY account.
And you have to meet following conditions

• Maintenance of an Average Quarterly Balance of INR 10 lakhs in a Savings Account.( 90 days cooling period)
• Maintenance of an Average Quarterly Balance of INR 10 lakhs across Savings Accounts and Current Accounts
• Maintenance of a minimum Total Relationship Value (TRV) of INR 30 lakhs( 45 days cooling period)
• In the case of a salaried customer, one should be receiving a net salary credit of over INR 3 lakhs every month in their Axis Bank Salary Account.
