Can I open another zero balance savings account in SBI if I already have a CGSP account?

Question as in the title.

SBI folks are unable to resolve my issue of not being able to issue a VDC, so I'm thinking of opening another account under same CIF.

Have you tried applying virtual debit card from sbi yono application? What error you are facing?
