In backend system, partner account is nothing but two individual exclusive bank accounts, which usually have 0 MAB in this current offer. So technically bank can provide it.
Now functionally, it depends on the bank if they want to 😂

Yes you can as per the branch representative. They have certain set of codes which they put at backend to make it zero MAB. Even I was surprised to know that a partner account can be opened by an individual. 😂

If you open it as a joint account then you will get 2 DCs.
