Can I prepay my CC bill and regain my full credit limit?

My credit limit on SBI CB card is a mere 20K. I have spent 15K during the current cycle. Can I prepay this amount (15K) immediately, i.e. before end of CC billing period, and again have a credit limit of full 20 K available?

If this is allowed, I can actually stock up on a large amount of Amazon vouchers before the deadline of May 1 by purchasing and paying and repeating.

Yes you can, but after paying unbilled amount, you should check your credit limit to make sure that it's replenished.
