My wife has my add on platinum travel and gold card. Can I refer her for a platinum travel primary card on her name and get the benefit of referral points? Cards are more than 6 month but less than 12 month old.

There's just one common link for referral. It is upto the person which card he/she wants to apply for.

Yes. The link will take her to one card and she can view other cards and choose the one she wants.
