TataCliq is not fully integrated with tata neu app. I doubt we get neu coins for purchases from Tata Cliq.
I did get earphones from tatacliq website but no neu coins.
Mostly because it has not been purchased via tata neu app.
But Tatacliq Luxury items are there in Tata neu, if you are planning to get those.
Voucher provided by magnus is not for luxury app I think

First login to Tata Cliq and redeem the gift voucher. Next add an item to the cart. Go to Tata Neu and search for the same item. You should be able to see it and when you go to payments page, your tata cliq cash can be utilized along with any other discount voucher (i used some other discount voucher for an additional 10k off). Pay off the balance. Tata Neu coins should be credited (which can be used a mnth later I guess).

Could be. But the bottom-line is this. Mainly for fashion/accessories like watches etc, if it is visible on Tata Cliq as well as Tata Neu, we can o ahead and use Tata New (with additional discount vouchers too) and get 5% Neu Coins. Not a bad deal !
I checked the link u shared. It shows me items but now I am confused. 🫣 although few are unserviceable but its showing.
ok i was trying to search of tata cliq inside that grid in tata neu app home page where we can see Grocery/Mobiles/Electronics/Medicine etc etc
And I can find tatacliq inside footwear and fashion only.
Didn't used the full search box on the app. 🫣
Actually, it is confusing. In my case too it showed items. But when I clicked on them it took me to Croma instead of TataCliq, even though the items were also available at TataCliq. That's why I removed the post to avoid additional confusion 🙂
Man this Tata app is very f'ed up. They had some sale going on in January where they give extra 5% neu coins(basically 10% neucoins). I ordered lot of groceries via BB wallet balance. Some bug happened and i got only 2-3 neucoins only for groceries more than 3K. I raised it to customer care and its been two months I dont know whats going on. Every 3rd day a person calls me saying we are working on it pls give me 48 hours to resolve. I already told them i have given up on this. So if you want.. then give me the coins or just keep them and stay happy xD xD
Whats the point of buying from tatanew using tatacliq cash if the same article is available on tatacliq? I wanted to utilise my 10k tatacliq voucher for the items those are otherwise available on tatacliq. Is there any method where i would buy stuff from tatacliq and pay via tatacliq cash points.... or if its possible to convert 10k tatacliq points to gold coin of equivilant amount?
Cliq cash can be used in cliq website directly or on cliq app via tata neu. The only benefit of using Tataneu to buy items from Cliq is the 5% Cashback in the form of neu coins. If you buy directly from cliq website you will not get any neu coins. Also, some items like Gold coins etc (check t&c) will not give any neucoins even you are buying via neu app
Extra Neu Coins is the benefit of Tata app
