Can I Use Croma Gift Card and Gift Voucher for Same Order in Offline Purchase? - Query & Discussion

I have croma gift card having value of Rs. 30000 and croma gift voucher of Rs. 8000 now I want to buy mobile through croma offline store
Whether I can i redeem both in single order?
Online not possible as online if we select gift card option and add gift card then we can't get voucher option

So I want to know whether anyone tried it offline?

Most likely, if it's not possible online, it won't be possible in an offline store either.

Even if someone says they have done it offline, your nearby store might still decline your request. So, it's better to call your local store using the number on Google Maps and ask them directly. That way, you'll get an exact answer.

i have done it in the past in offline store - an year back, but check with that specific store

It usually depends on Croma’s in-store policy, but in most cases, you can’t combine a Croma gift card and a gift voucher for the same offline purchase. These are often treated as separate payment methods. It’s best to confirm with the store’s customer service before making your purchase

In offline u can use n number of Gift cards. But online the limit is only for 3 gift cards
