Can someone help me decipher what this means?

This is regarding two transactions on my HDFC plat debit card. They sent me this. Cashpoints balance in my account hasn't changed. Can someone help me decipher what this email means? I am not aware of the terminology used here and the people at my branch weren't able to help either.

Give more context if possible, where you have done transactions?
Have you mailed them regarding points?

Ofcourse. The screenshot attached is their reply. The transaction happened a long time back, in early October. Two transactions of 49k for giftcards on amazon.

You won't get points for shopping/gift card transactions.
For utility payments only, u will get points on platinum debit card.

Take millinia debit card it gives cashback on all transactions

To decipher an email means to understand the meaning of the content in the email, especially if the message is unclear or written in a way that requires extra effort to understand. It can also mean breaking down complex language to make sense of the email.

I got cashback on my Airtel axis CC for the same transaction . It showed up on statement as "Cloth Store"but Doesn't reveal the MCC. it was a giftcard for Clothing, so doesn't it comes under Apparel/ entertainment category of cashback for HDFC platinum debit cards (1 cashpoint for every 200rs. Spent ) ???

Regardless of whether it's eligible for cashback or not, I want to know what these terms in the email means

41XXXXXXXXXXXXXX 10 24-10-01 PURCHASE TXN 8.57 PTLF Processing 210 G01 OFF551914

Like what doesn't PTLF, 210 G01, OFF551914, etc mean? Like these are internal terminologies for banks, right?
