Can we access personal amex card from already existing account for amex corporate cards

Can we access personal amex card from already existing account for amex corporate cards?
The current account has my corporate card and email is also corporate email.
Today i applied for Amex gold charge card using same mobile number but personal gmail id and it got approved.
So shall i just add this new card to existing account or create a new username account for personal account.
Please share insights from your experience.

I recently reached out to Amex customer care regarding a similar question. I wanted to understand if I can use MR points from both corporate card and personal cards together. I was told it is not possible and that the corporate and personal accounts are separate. So I created a personal login ID with my personal email ID. I didn't see any point in keeping them together (I didn't bother asking if it's possible, but since customer care said separate accounts I'd say mostly no) when the MR points cannot be clubbed.
