Can we do C4C application for Amex?

I am trying to apply for Amex, have few doubts. Does Amex allows C4C applications? What is the process of that? Currently holding Regalia Gold with 4L limit. Please guide

Platinum charge which has 60k +gst annual fee is the one currently available for C2C
Where do you live anyway? Is it serviceable?

That is a very decent spend.. out of this how much you want to spend through Amex cards?
Basically
For spends around 4L - Platinum travel
1.5 L - MRCC
