Can we get Axis Magnus Card on discounted or LTF?

LTF is not possible. You can try for First Year Free (FYF) - that's possible - you need to talk to your BM or RM regarding it, based on your relationship with the bank they might offer you. (very difficult)

p.s: If they agree - do ask them to mail saying "You will get it FYF" from their employee mail id.
