can we hold icici coral and platinum chip credit card both together??

I am currently holding icici coral credit card which is chargeable, so I requested expression card via imobile app. After it got generated, I requested to upgrade it to platinum chip card ,the cancellation team guy said u cant hold both cards together and if he took request for it then it will be cancelled. Then he disconnected my call. Then I called again, this time my request was accepted by cancellation team mam and gave me SR no. my expressions card is cancelled now and the service request is in process. My request was taken on 14th October and is open.

So anyone of u hold Coral as well as Platinum both presently?

Yes, I am holding Platinum and Coral Rupay both are LTF.
