Is there any kotak account variety like HDFC have savings max account (25k mab) so that i can enjoy free debit card & alerts. I have kotak 811 super account want to upgrade.

Sir because i do have credit cards which fulfill all criteria. So i want an account similar to hdfc savings max account. Keeping money & avoiding charges.

What you are doing is an irreversible change. I would urge you to not change 811 at all. I am even avoiding upgrade to 811 super just to avoid any tricks by Kotak to prevent users from going back to 811 Zero Mab. The base 811 is zero charges no BS account.
You can open a joint account with any one of your family members without touching this. You will have to visit the branch anyway.

I went to the branch a while back but they didn't know the scheme code to request upgrade. They said it's better to call customer care and upgrade since they have access to backend systems for direct upgrade. I called multiple times to but was told I'm not eligible. I escalated with Grievance redressal. Waiting for response.

I too went to branch & they told it can only be upgraded to 10K account & no account variety is there like free debit card

Call customer care and ask if they can downgrade your 811 super to classic
