Canara Bank UPI Limit Issue

Hi, I have one issue with Canara Bank. My name is linger than 20 characters and less than 25 characters. But the full name is not visible in UPI for Canara bank. I raised a complaint with Bangalore head office. They confirmed that the maximum is 20 characters. I never had this issue with any other banks. Is there any solution for this ?

Name se kya matlab Boss, UPI chalna chahiye.

Same reply from the bank, But technically, if the name only shows 20 characters, it's definitely a problem. why does only Canara Bank have this issue?
