Canara Setu BBPS payments via Debit Card Dead?

I saw today in the Canara Setu portal that there is no option for using Debit Card. There’s only Net Banking option to pay your credit card bills. Looks like banks are tightening all the loopholes.

Yes , It is an unfortunate thing.. Lets hope it is a temporary thing.. lets wiat for some time..
Has the interface changed fromt he previous one? Like whatever logos of payment processing company has changed or it is the same thing??

I saw cardmaven X post 3 days ago. I checked and DC option was removed. Then next day I again logged and saw DC option was present there so relaxed. But again next day, the DC option got removed.

No logos, nothing has changed. So I still believe this to be temporary. Or maybe canara guys understood as most bank's setu websites don't offer DC as payment option. E.g Axis, etc.

where to choose airtel pg? there is no option on Canara Setu to choose any particular gateway

Only valid if u hold active airtel payments bank account. MCC will be 6540, and sometimes 4900. First money gets added to ur account then payment gets deducted.

So completely hit & miss.
Use SBI UNIPAY. Ab isko bhi to band krwana hai😝

It applies same process just when anybody chooses to pay their outstanding bills via airtel thanks app.
 
What is the customer care/escalation contact for Canara Setu?
Two of my payments had failed two months back. I tried raising the transaction issue from the canara setu webpage, it always fails to submit with some or the other error.
 
Made payment via Debit card 4 days ago on Canara Setu, but no cashback points on HDFC Debit card.
Seems party over for HDFC debit card on CC bill payments via Canara setu.
