Cancel NPS Sip/Auto Debit/standard Instruction

I Recently Found out that My NPS Monthly Contribution through POP (KMB) have Transaction Charges
I wanted to Cancel the Sip and Contribute Manually Through CC Directly on NPS Website
But When i Went To Branch Today, There Wasn't any Nach/Auto Debit Set on my Account, so The Kotak People Said they can't help in this matter, They told To Contact CRA/Pension Fund?

Is There Any Way To Sort It Out
Can anybody Help me the Process in Detail

Checked no SI/ECS/Nach Set
