Cancellation of oneclick mandate

Hello friends,
Created oneclick mandate in sbi for mutual fund sip. But no amc is picking it up. They are all saying to cancel this mandate and create a new one. Created a new account here using sbi registered email address https://www.sihub.in/managesi/sbi#/home/landing but after filing the otp to deduct Rs. 2 it just says invalid details. Please note that I am using SBI virtual debit card. Can this be causing this issue? Contacted branch, they have absoultely no idea about this. Customer care on the phone is clueless too. How can I cancel or delete this mandate online?

Sometimes virtual debit cards are not recognised, may be that could be the reason, and customer care will not have idea on this.


Some payment gateway don't accept virtual debit cards ? I don't know how they find the difference here , but it happened to me , so from then on I don't try to use virtual debit card for these investments

@Abhishek012 batao, how does payment gateway or banks identify whether DC is virtual or physical?
