Cancelled kotak card in February but till showing active in cibil report

Hello In 2024 Feb my zen card has been cancelled I received sms also but till now it is showing as active in cibil report how can I fix this?
Had you mailed them to close your card ?

Mail Kotak and ask clarification why it has not been closed yet, ask them to close it immediately, they may ask you to send CIBIL Unlocked Report with Control Number.
