Can't add to Amazon pay balance through credit card

I am not able add amount to amazon pay through the credit cards. I used to do this all these months but now I am not able to do it. Has amazon stopped supporting adding balance through credit cards.Is this a recent change or happening only for me

They have stopped it few days ago i guess. Not available for anyone i know.

I used to add it with my amex gold and rewards card. Now the only option left is to buy gift vouchers and to add it to amazon pay balance.

Yeah I don't have amex i used to load it with apay ICICI card for 2% cashback. Now it's gone.

You can still add money on amazon using Uber

Govt doesn't wants wallets to be loaded by credit instruments, so eventually companies will stop allowing loading of wallets with credit instruments.

Amazon app got updated and this worked fine.
